Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
1. Parking Requirements
It is essential that parking for the truck is reserved within a proximity of 20 meters of both the pick-up and drop-off locations on the moving day. If parking is not arranged, our team will park at the closest available location, and additional charges may apply.
The customer will be responsible for any parking fines incurred if pre-arranged parking is not provided.
Note: All parking requirements must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.
2. Heavy and Bulky Items
Most of our fleet are equipped with tail lifts or ramps. Please notify our team in advance if you have any items that are difficult or heavy to move, such as:
Piano, pool tables, concrete/marble tables, or any other heavy items exceeding 100KG.
Failure to notify us in advance may result in additional charges or refusal to move these items.
3. Stairs and Difficult Access
Please inform us ahead of time if your property has stairs or other difficult access points such as steep driveways o access points that require a ferry vehicle (a van/ute that can transport items in tricky areas that have low or narrow space restrictions). This will help us avoid access-related charges on the day of the move.
4. Inventory List
To ensure sufficient space for your belongings and to secure a guaranteed rate, we require a complete inventory list from you prior to the move. This helps us allocate the correct space and avoid additional charges on the day, including the need for two trips.
5. Protection of Fragile Items
All fragile items such as TVs, statues, glass mirrors, etc., must be properly bubble-wrapped and boxed by the customer. We recommend using shrink wrap and bubble wrap for added protection. If you require bubble wrap and/or moving boxes from us on the day of the move, additional charges will apply.
7. Insurance
Accidental damage insurance during the loading and unloading process is included in our service. We value your possessions and ensure you are protected.
